Cardiovascular disease is one of the leading causes of death in Canada and often referred to as the “silent killer” because of its lack of symptoms during disease progression. Nattokinase is an enzyme derived from fermented soybean that contains powerful health potential. Cautions: Do not use if safety seal is broken.

Contraindications: Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, if you are taking health products that affect blood coagulation, or if you have a bleeding disorder. Stop using this product 7 days before any scheduled surgery, or immediately if you have unscheduled surgery or if you suffer from an injury resulting in bruising or bleeding.
