CanPrev’s Healthy Hormones is a formula designed to help stabilize menstrual cycle irregularities and relieve premenstrual symptoms. It contains a 400mg daily dose of indole-3-carbinol to support healthy estrogen metabolism. Additional herbs like Chasteberry and PhytoProof® Black Cohosh are included to work synergistically along with magnesium and vitamin D3. Together these ingredients work to help relieve PMS and support healthy estrogen balance.
Take for a minimum of 3 months. Periodic intervals of abstinence (2-week breaks before continuing) is recommended for long-term use.
