Recommended Use

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take one tablespoon (15ml) 1 to 2 times per day. Shake before use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 6 months. For joint pain, use for a minimum of 5 months to see beneficial effects.
