Ubiquinol is the active form of Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), a fat-soluble molecule stored in fatty tissue. It is a molecule that plays a role in supporting the mitochondria, the energy centre of the cell, and is a powerful antioxidant. Since the heart is one of the most metabolically active organs in the body, CoQ10 promotes healthy cardiovascular function. 

When taken as a prophylactic (preventative), ubiquinol also helps reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and associated symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. 

CanPrev’s Ubiquinol 100 provides 100mg of active form CoQ10 per softgel, formulated in a medium chain triglyceride oil base for enhanced absorption.

Recommended Use

Helps to support cardiovascular health. Helps to reduce the frequency of migraine headaches and associated symptoms such as nausea and vomiting, when taken as a prophylactic.

Directions

Adults (19 years and older) - Take 1 softgel per day with a meal. For migraine prevention: Take 1 softgel, 2 times per day. As a migraine prevention, use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
